Our Professional Development Team

  • At TSI, professional development is about finding purpose, building clarity, and being part of a peer community that pushes you forward. Our professional development team equips every member to navigate and lead in the real world with curated guides, live workshops, and a comprehensive mentorship program.

  • Whether you’re applying for your first internship or prepping for your dream role, we’re in your corner — resourceful, humble, and relentless in helping you grow.

Our Public Affairs Team

  • The Marketing and Community Engagement Team is the bridge that connects the work of TSI members to our larger community. Our team is responsible for fostering and developing mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders on campus and across D.C. to further the TSI mission. We serve as the public face of TSI on campus and online by hosting engaging tabling events, posting creative videos on social media, and running TSI's semesterly recruitment efforts.

  • Our team is responsible for marketing the Stratagem Newsletter, giving us hands on experience developing audiences and creating strategic marketing campaigns. We strive to grow TSI's brand and readership while making international affairs accessible to new audiences.

The TSI Community

  • TSI is proud of its diverse community and authentic culture where every voice is heard and every idea is tested. Our members thrive on asking the hard questions—sparking cross-disciplinary dialogue, fearless creativity, and open minded inquiry.

  • TSI organizes a variety of social events that intentionally mix members across class years and academic interests, creating space for informal conversation and stronger community ties. These events help us to build stronger teams and form lasting friendships with one another.
